In particular, we have a privacy policy, training courses for our employees, restricted access to personal information only to authorized users, a privacy official, an inventory of personal data (duly classified by data category), processing systems, risk analysis and contractual clauses.

ARCO Rights

Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties

What are ARCO rights?
According to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, are the rights that everyone can exercise in relation to the processing of their personal data. Each acronym represents a different right and they are Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.

What are the ARCO rights what can I practice?

A - ACCESS
The owner of the personal data has the right to request and obtain free information on their personal data subjected to treatment by the person in charge of the repository in which the origin of said data is found, as well as the communications made or planned to be made with them. 

R - RECTIFICATION
The owner of the personal data has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, the rectification of their inaccurate or incomplete personal data submitted to treatment by the person responsible for said data.

C - CANCELLATION
The owner has the right to request and obtain free of charge the cancellation of their personal data when their treatment does not comply with the provisions of the LFPDPPP, or they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or registered by the person in charge of the database.

O-OPPOSITION
You can ask us not to use your personal data for specific purposes or not to be the subject of a decision based solely on the automated processing of your data (automated profiling).

You can exercise this right when you consider that the processing of your personal data, even though it is lawful, causes you harm by virtue of your particular circumstances. Specify in the section identified with a double asterisk, the purpose or purposes to which you object.

REV- REVOCATION OF CONSENT
